The passage of the 2015 budget earlier slated for February 25 has been postponed due to errors and controversies surrounding the document.

Addressing newsmen Tuesday in Abuja, Chairmen of the National Assembly Committees on Appropriation more time is needed to work on the document, insisting that legislature will not be rushed to produce an ambiguous budget.

The Senate and House of Representatives Committees however denied any disagreement with the executive on the issues raised by the budget.
